Your Expensya team
New integration Expensya x Zapier
We are delighted to announce our integration with Zapier, an automation tool that can support 4,100+ apps, including Expensya!
New features
Notify the employees of blocked expenses
We have redesigned our notification process in order to warn you of expenses not sent for validation and to prevent them from remaining blocked without being aware.
Indeed, when an expense contains one or more data inconsistency errors, we will notify you directly that the shipment has not been made and that a new entry is requested.
Advanced filters for expenses and notes’ lists
To help you better organize yourself in managing your expenses, we have improved the filtering experience. Indeed, from the administrator view, you will now find advanced filters for each list of notes and expenses. With this new version, you will only have to apply these filters to get the desired results.
Authentification and account creation via LinkedIn, Google, or Apple
Too much information to enter when signing up? It’s over now! From now on, you can effortlessly register and create your account. Indeed, to facilitate your registration and offer you greater flexibility, you are now given several options: simply use your LinkedIn, Google, or Apple account to create an account with Expensya and benefit easily from our solution.

Use of advances as a means of payment of an expense
Thanks to this new feature, it will be possible to use a previously granted advance as a means of payment for an expense.
In other words, as an accountant or administrator, you will be able to follow the consumption of the advance according to the expenses validated and the refunds made.
Note: This feature is still in the testing phase, if you want to test it and give us your feedback, please contact our support team to activate it.
