At Expensya, we have been able to face this unprecedented context and adapt to always provide you with the best quality of service.

We can’t help get a little sentimental looking back at what we achieved so far. A promising year

Despite the unprecedented situation,  Expensya has continued to evolve and has been able to keep its commitments to simplify business spend management and always accompany you during this particular year.

With more than 140 employees in 4 countries, France, Germany, Spain, and Tunisia, Expensya now has more than 5,000 corporate customers in a hundred countries, and has attracted more than half a million users on the platform with :

• Several hundred thousand Android and iOS downloads.
• 104 mobile app updates.

A new brand identity

Expensya has rethought its visual identity and unveiled a transformed and more modern look, accompanied by a total redesign of the logo and the website.

Expensya’s team has proposed a fresh new design. The brand name takes its ease with thicker and more readable typography for a more striking effect. Without turning its back on the past, Expensya approaches a new direction with the will to meet both market needs and our customer’s evolving expectations. Our new visual identity embodies the company’s revolutionary approach and marks a new stage in its development.

New features designed for you

• A more intuitive business travel management: Take the stress out of business travel with a range of features and partnerships designed to simplify the planning and management of your business travel. 
• A digitized, centralized, and secure payment: Empower your employees to spend while maintaining total control over your budgets. Generate as many virtual cards as needed in a few clicks, and step into the new era of corporate payment. 
• Agile and collaborative expense management: Keep track of all transactions in real-time. Inspect and approve expense reports directly from the mobile app and improve the quality of your data, thanks to automated control configurations.
• A smoother and simpler integration: In order to offer support services for developers and simplify integration with partners, Expensya has unveiled its new Public API portal. Automatically synchronize your data between Expensya and your information system. Learn more

Expensya has been recognized as “GetApp Category Leader” and “Software Advice FrontRunner” for the year 2020.

The study was primarily based on user feedback on Capterra, which ranked the top-rated software in the expense management category based on ease of use and user recommendations. Without you, this award would not have been possible!

A dynamic and passionate team

At Expensya, the year 2020 has not stopped us from moving forward and expanding our team:

• 56 new recruits from 10 different nationalities, many of whom onboarded in full-lockdown.
• 1 new Customer Success department, whose sole mission is to better serve you.

Our teams have been working hard to accompany you and provide you with useful information:

• 122 blog posts created in French, Spanish, English, and German.
• 376 live demos and webinars presented in 4 languages.

Many of you also showed interest in our social media networks:

• 15,830 interactions and 5,576 new followers.
